Shipping & Handling

J.R.E. Hardware strives to have all orders delivered to our customers by the estimated delivery date (ETA) as indicated at the time of your order. However, we can not guarantee the delivery date of any order. All orders are subject to product availability and the shipping destination.

We do our best to ensure that shipping is correctly calculated before your purchase. However, we reserve the right to notify you after you’ve purchased an item of any additional shipping charges. If notified you have the right to cancel your order for a full refund.

We currently ship to Canada and the United States. If your location is outside of this service area, please contact us to confirm availability as additional duties and restrictions may apply. Orders can not be delivered to PO Boxes.

All shipments will require a signature upon delivery, unless the customer requests no signature required. If no signature is required, the customer is then responsible for filing any claims for lost/damaged shipments.

Oversized or heavy orders may be placed on a wooden pallet and may require custom freight quotes, charges and services. If custom freight charges are required, customers will be notified. If no loading dock is available, the courier is only responsible for delivering to the end of the driveway or by the curb. Additional delivery services include but are not limited to: power tailgate delivery, inside delivery, upstairs delivery, flat-bed truck delivery, date specific delivery. A signature will be required at the time of delivery.
