Maitland Street Village is a 47-unit, four-storey low-energy affordable housing development in Port Alberni, completed in 2022. Designed by DYS Architecture and built by Island West Coast Development, it was developed for the Alberni Low Energy Housing Society in partnership with BC Housing and the Catholic Diocese of Victoria.
